Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PracticeOnline. We are committed to providing the highest quality AI mock interview preparation service. Please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with our mock interview platform. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a system error or technical issue prevents you from starting or completing your session, and our support team cannot resolve the problem or restore your session credits.
  • Accidental Duplicate Billing: If your card or payment account was charged multiple times for the same transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Used Credits: Sessions that have been fully completed with AI feedback and reports generated are non-refundable.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI feedback: Our scoring and evaluation are AI-generated based on transcripts of your input. General dissatisfaction with your evaluation scores or feedback quality does not qualify for a refund.
  • Partially Used Bundles: Refund requests for individual sessions within a credit bundle (₹199 / 5 sessions) after one or more sessions have already been initiated.

3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Send an email to team@practiceonline.in.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account, the transaction ID, date, and a description of the issue or why you are requesting a refund.

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via our payment gateway Razorpay) within 5–7 working days.
