Welcome to PracticeOnline. By accessing or using our platform, website, and mock interview services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for PracticeOnline, accessing our tools, or paying for services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Description of Service

PracticeOnline provides AI-powered, adaptive mock interview practice. The platform uses speech recognition, text-to-speech, and AI to simulate a natural 1-on-1 interview conversation and generate a detailed feedback report. We do not record or store audio or video of your sessions.

3. User Accounts

To use PracticeOnline, you must authenticate using supported sign-in options (e.g., Google login via Firebase). You are responsible for keeping your account access credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

We offer both free trial usage and paid sessions:

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive one full AI mock interview session for free. Sessions are adaptive and time-based rather than a fixed number of questions. Free trial eligibility is subject to abuse-prevention checks.
  • Paid Sessions (Per-Session or Bundle): ₹49 per additional session, or ₹199 for a 5-session bundle. Purchased credits are added to your account and used one per interview session you start.
  • Billing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing details.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse, hack, or exploit the platform, its backend APIs, or the underlying AI engines. You may not upload malware, scrapers, or submit offensive/illegal content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The mock interview feedback and scores are generated by automated AI algorithms. They are intended solely for practice and preparation purposes and do not guarantee actual job placement, employment offers, or specific performance in real-world interviews. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
